Fred Loya Insurance is a Texas based Hispanic 500 car insurance company. As of 2016 the company had 5,200 employees and 700 offices in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. It is the 18th largest Latino-owned company in the country.

The company is headquartered in El Paso, Texas and owned by Fred Loya, a Latin American who had originally worked as a cattle rancher. Loya began selling insurance in 1975. In 2008 Loya consolidated three San Antonio claims centers into one. Loya is famous for his Christmas light displays.

History

Fred Loya a former cattle rancher started Loya Insurance Group in 1974. It began as a single store front office and has since expanded to more than 361 agencies across six states California, Colorado, Illinois, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas.

The Loya Insurance Group agencies are located in multiple types of locations such as shopping centers, grocery stores, street corners, and office buildings. The agencies are in both small and large towns and cities and focus on being in places where the people go on a regular basis.

A day in Service Desk at Fred Loya is usually steady paced, but can be really busy sometimes. We have few Service Desk Techs, but we all do well under pressure. I have learned is better to have a very wide range of application and computer knowledge rather than focusing on being perfect in one area. The job/field changes constantly being able to adapt and excel is a requirement

Nobody in the San Antonio office knows anything about their job. They were not trained  properly to do their jobs especially DILLION. They did not explain to me the process of getting my check here, I am 7 damn days with a rental car that I have to end up paying $400 dollars out of my pocket. I ask for the corporate number and NOBODY knows how to get in contact with corporate... BUNCH OF BS CSR REPS

Does FredLoya insurance cover rental cars? 

No FredLoya Actually Not Cover's Rental Cars.
But in other Condition if Rental Car is Temporarily Replaced to The Insured Car Fred Loya Insurance Will Cover Rental Car as Temporary.

To report a new claim, please call 1-800-880-0472 and a representative will be happy to assist you. Office hours are from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm (MST) Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (MST). 

We will ask you to provide some initial information regarding the claim. In return, your loss report will be assigned to a liability claims adjuster who will be in contact with you within 24 hours of your reporting the claim..
